George Brown College, Waterfront Campus My time at George Brown College has been full of ups and down, from getting rejected by the badminton team to making amazing friends, I always managed to make some reliable connections!      This was not always the case for me as being an international student, I was not really a confident person, but with the right mentors and peers, it is not really that difficult! My Mobile Day

I remember losing my phone for an entire day, believe me, I was lost the entire day, everything felt different. Ever been in that situation where you are in an elevator with somebody you barely know, so you pull out your  phone just to get out of the awkwardness?   I remember, roughly 2 years ago I was so addicted to my phone that I used to feel it vibrating in my pocket  even though it used to be on charge ;) I am a recovering addict now.   So usually, my day starts by listening to spiritual songs from Krishna Das on Amazon Music,  Then to give me that morning dopamine rush I scroll through Instagram, watch YouTube videos  (usually new-tech releases), and then start my day!   The three applications that I HEAVILY depend on throughout the day as an immigrant are  BOTIM, google maps, and apple wallet.    I practically never carry my wallet thanks to Apple wallet! IT IS SO SMOOTH AND INSTANT, it is frightening how fast it is, does not...

Hello beautiful people, welcome back to my blog!     T oday I will educate you, that how to create cute vector portraits at home.   PREREQUISITES : Patience, Time, and of course a laptop 😉   Also, do read my last blog on how you can mentally prepare yourself if you think you are not ready to commit time to learning a skill.   Step 1) You need adobe illustrator on your laptop, (P.s since I use it, that’s why I recommend that)           Step 2) On Layer 1, insert a photo, and decrease its opacity a little bit since in the next steps you will trace on the picture, so the brush needs to be visible.                   Step 3) Lock the existing layer and create a new layer on top of the image layer, right-click on the corner near the rectangle tool and select the line segment tool.   Step 4) Using the line segment tool, create a path (line).     St...
